Land Securities - Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the White Rose Pack Ya School Bags competition All participants in our free prize draws ("participants") will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.

Conditions for entry

The free prize draws are open to UK residents aged 13 or over but excluding the following: any employees (and their family members) of Land Securities, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies; employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at the White Rose Shopping Centre; and anyone else professionally associated with the Land Securities group or this promotion.

How to enter

To be eligible for the Pack Ya School Bags competition, the participant must complete the registration via the online mechanic or in the centre. No purchase or other payment is necessary for entry into the draws. Land Securities has the right to disqualify any participant not complying with, or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.

The prize

The prize for the Pack Ya School Bags competition is: £500 gift card to spend at White Rose and a spa trip for two. The spa package is for two "Breathe" half day spa packages at Easthorpe Hall, Huddersfield Road, Mirfield WF14 8AE. Gift vouchers will be provided that can be redeemed Tuesday - Friday inclusively. Saturday reservations are at a £10 surcharge which must be paid by the recipient. Travel, accommodation and any additional treatments booked on the day are not included. No cash alternative. There is no alternative prize to that stated above, and in particular, there is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable. Land Securities retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value at its discretion.

Selection of the winner and collecting prizes

The winners will be chosen at random and notified by email (using the details provided on registration) within 5 days of the prize draw. In the event that Land Securities (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact a winner within 20 days of each monthly closing date, then Land Securities reserves the right to draw another winner. The winner shall be required to collect the prize in person from the White Rose Shopping Centre and he or she will be required to present valid photo ID to Land Securities to verify his or her identity. Land Securities shall provide more specific information about the pick up location when it sends notification of the win.

The surname and county of the winner may be published on the White Rose website and Facebook profile.

Land Securities' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third party supplier. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, its staff, associated companies and their staff or other entrants, which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this promotion.

Use of data

Land Securities may use information provided when registering for the Pack Ya School Bags competition to contact the participant by email about the White Rose Shopping Centre and what's happening there, other new developments, services, offers and any other information we consider may be of interest to the participant. Land Securities may also pass on the information to companies within its group of companies.
